According to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, the VA loan entitlement can be reused multiple times because it is not a one-time benefit. Once a veteran sells a property purchased with a VA loan or pays off the loan, the entitlement becomes available again. This allows military members to build a rental property portfolio across multiple duty stations while generating monthly cash flow and building equity.
