Huron Consulting Group (NASDAQ: HURN), a leading provider of financial and operational consulting services, today announced that Timothy H. Hart has joined the Company. He will assume the title of vice president, Financial and Economic Consulting Services.

Hart specializes in international disputes and investigations. He is well-known for solving highly complicated internal investigations and complex financial issues in dispute. Hart comes to Huron from Navigant Consulting, where he was a managing director and co-leader of the Disputes and Investigations practice. Before Navigant Consulting, he was a partner with Arthur Andersen. Hart also provides expert testimony in accounting and damages in both domestic and international forums. Hart was the testifying expert in a case that resulted in the largest investment treaty damages award in history. A certified public accountant (CPA) and certified fraud examiner (CFE), he received a BA in business administration from the University of Notre Dame. Hart will be based in Huron’s Washington D.C. office.
