Pelosi signals House vote on bipartisan infrastructure bill may not occur Thursday

Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday suggested the U.S. House of Representatives may not vote Thursday as planned on a $1 trillion bipartisan infrastructure bill, as she and her fellow Democrats struggle to reach agreements on their spending proposals.
