Acadia Realty Trust Provides Leasing and Operations Update and Will Present At NAREIT’S REITweek®: 2021 Investor Conference

Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) (“Acadia” or the “Company”) provided a leasing and operations update and announced that it will participate in NAREIT’s REITweek®: 2021 Investor Conference.

Leasing Update

Core leasing pipeline has increased to over $12.0 million, with approximately 50% of the leases signed to date. The Company signed key street leases with Grand Seiko in Soho, New York, The Real Real in Greenwich, Connecticut and Everlane in Washington, D.C. Approximately 60% of the leasing pipeline is coming from its Street and Urban portfolio.

Included in the $12.0 million leasing pipeline, there is an additional $4.0 million which is at lease (final stage of negotiation) and includes multiple locations in Manhattan, New York along with Rush and Walton in Chicago, Illinois and Westport, Connecticut.

Operations Update

The Company has collected approximately 94% of its April and May 2021 Core billings as of May 25, 2021.
