NEW YORK, Oct. 05, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- PIMCO Dynamic Income Fund (the “Fund”) (NYSE: PDI) today announced the pricing of its public offering of 3,750,000 common shares. In addition, the Fund has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 562,500 common shares to cover over-allotments at the public offering price. The proceeds of the offering of $92,587,500 will be invested in accordance with the Fund’s investment objectives and policies as set forth in the preliminary prospectus supplement and the accompanying base prospectus, as supplemented, relating to the offering. The offering is scheduled to close on October 8, 2020, subject to customary closing conditions. Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (“PIMCO”), the Fund’s investment manager, will pay all offering and underwriting expenses in connection with the offering.
