On June 7, 2007, Forest City Enterprises, Inc. issued its Supplemental Package that provides
certain supplemental operating and financial information for the three months ended April 30, 2007
and 2006. A copy of this Supplemental Package is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The information
