On December 7, 2006, Forest City Enterprises, Inc. issued its Supplemental Package that provides
certain supplemental operating and financial information for the three and nine months ended
October 31, 2006 and 2005. A copy of this Supplemental Package is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
