Eric R. Slusser, Executive Vice President of International Development, has announced that he will be leaving Centene Corporation (the “Company”) effective October 16, 2009 in order to pursue another opportunity. Mr. Slusser will receive payments from the Company that are consistent with the terms of his existing agreement (a form of which is referenced as Exhibit 10.14 of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year 2008).
