     Goodrich Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release on August 8, 2007 containing financial and operational results for the second quarter of 2007. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing the financial results is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K.
