On November 23, 2010, Woori F&I Co., Ltd. (“Woori F&I”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Woori Finance
Holdings Co., Ltd. (“Woori Finance Holdings”), added Woori Ea Eighth Asset Securitization Specialty
Co., Ltd. as its subsidiary.
