Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
(b) On January 24, 2019, Michael DeBeauvernet, the General Manager, Mobile Imaging of Digirad Corporation (the “Company”), a named executive officer, ceased to hold the position of General Manager, Mobile Imaging. Mr. DeBeauvernet will remain a Company employee until March 31, 2019.
