(b)
Effective June 27, 2008 Mr. Frank Ali has retired from the Board of Directors of
Unity Bank and Unity Bancorp. Mr. Ali will provide consulting services
to Unity Bank through April 30, 2009. Such services shall be in connection
with assisting the Bank in maintaining and expanding customer relationships and
working with Bank management to identify suitable potential branch
locations. Mr. Ali will receive a consulting fee of $4,500 per
month.
