March 20, 2012 - Athens Greece – Seanergy Maritime Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ: SHIP) announced today that its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2011 (the "Annual Report on Form 20-F") has been filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
