ACQUISITION OF CANADA MICROSURGICAL LTD.
On July 11, 2006, Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation (the "Company")
announced that it is launching a direct sales force in Canada through the
acquisition of its longstanding distributor, Canada Microsurgical Ltd. A copy of
the press release issued by the Company announcing the acquisition is attached
as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by
reference into this Item.
