On November 29, 2006, the Registrant issued a news release to announce a cash dividend. The Registrant reported that its board of directors had declared a cash dividend of 19 cents per share payable on January 25, 2007 to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2006. The 19 cents per share dividend rate represents a 5.6% increase over the dividend rate of 18 cents per share declared in the same period of 2005.
