ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On February 27, 2019, the Company announced its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2018 and the year ended December 31, 2018. A copy of the earnings press release containing the announcement and a copy of the presentation to be utilized at the Company's 4th Quarter 2018 Earnings Conference Call is furnished as Exhibit 99.01 and Exhibit 99.02 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
