Item 7.01.  Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 17, 2008 we issued a press release announcing the completion of the sale of our misses catalog credit receivables on November 14, 2008 and the increase in our funding capacity for our credit securitization program.  The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K.
