Item 8.01.Declaration of Quarterly Dividend.
On July 20, 2016 the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per common share. The dividend is payable August 12, 2016 to shareholders of record on August 1, 2016. A press release announcing the dividend is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
