Item 5.07Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
People’s Utah Bancorp (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 18, 2016. At the meeting, shareholders elected three Class III members of the Board of Directors for a term of three years and ratified the appointment of Tanner LLC as the Company’s independent registered public accountants for the year ended December 31, 2016.
