Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On November 3, 2015, Zendesk, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the quarter ended September 30, 2015. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein. Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On October 28, 2015, the Company appointed Anne Raimondi to a new role as its Senior Vice President, Strategy. In connection with such appointment, certain of the responsibilities previously discharged by Ms. Raimondi in connection with her prior role as Senior Vice President, Operations will be assumed by other executive officers of the Company.
