Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.


On June 19, 2012, Ascent Solar Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from The NASDAQ Stock Market that it has received a determination from the NASDAQ Listings Qualifications Panel advising that the Company will be provided a further extension of time, through October 8, 2012, to regain compliance with the $1.00 bid price requirement for continued listing on The NASDAQ Stock Market. The Company intends to implement a reverse stock split, if ultimately necessary, to evidence compliance with the $1.00 bid price requirement by October 8, 2012.
