On October 7, 2015, Core-Mark International (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it has entered into a five year supply agreement with Murphy USA Inc. to service their convenience stores. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
