On May 24, 2013, Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Of the 11,467,770 shares of common stock outstanding and entitled to vote, 10,528,327 shares, or 91.8%, were represented at the meeting.
