Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On Wednesday, May 19, 2010, Ferro Corporation (the "Company") announced plans for a live Webcast of presentations to analysts and investors on May 26, 2010 beginning at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Members of the Company's management team, including Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, James F. Kirsch, will make presentations during the meeting.
