(1)	Adjusted Beneficial Ownership number to add in unreported exercise and hold.
(2)	Bona fide gift of shares of Common Stock by the reporting person to Snow Farm: The New England Craft Program. The closing market price on the date of transfer was $26.67, however, the reporting person did not receive any value for the gift of these shares. The reporting person specifically disclaims beneficial ownership of these shares.
(3)	Adjusted Beneficial Ownership Number to correct previously calculated beneficial ownership.
(4)	The reporting person was granted an option to purchase these shares on 9/30/2006. 25% of this option vested on 9/30/2007, with the remaining portion vesting quarterly over the following three years.
