This report on Form 6-K/A of Diana Shipping Inc. (the “Company”) amends the Company’s three reports on Form 6-K filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on May 22, 2013 (reporting the Company’s financial results for the first quarter and three months ended March 31, 2013), July 31, 2013 (reporting the Company’s financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2013) and November 19, 2013 (reporting the Company’s financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2013), in each case solely to provide that they, in their entirety, shall not be incorporated by reference into the Company’s registration statement on Form F-3 (File No. 333-181540) that was filed with the Commission with an effective date of July 6, 2012.
