On June 12, 2012, Forest City Enterprises, Inc. (the “Company”) released an updated version of the Company’s investor presentation materials that will be used at REIT Week 2012: NAREIT’s Investor Forum on June 12-14, 2012, and in other presentations to investors from time to time. The financial information contained in the presentation materials is presented as of April 30, 2012. A copy of the presentation materials is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01.
