Item 5.02. DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS; COMPENSATORY ARRANGEMENTS OF CERTAIN OFFICERS.

(e) The Board of Directors of eLoyalty Corporation has approved an increase in the base salary of Christine Carsen from $175,000 to $190,000, in connection with her promotion to Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. The promotion was effective May 11, 2011. Ms. Carsen, 40, has held the position of Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Privacy Officer since joining eLoyalty in September 2007. She took on the duties of Corporate Secretary in February 2009.
