On March 22, 2010, BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding a pre-Investigational New Drug Application meeting with the United States Food and Drug Administration dealing with the Company’s BEMA Granisetron development program. A copy of such press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
