On February 15, 2008, State Auto Financial Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K which included as Exhibit 99.2 a transcript of a conference call conducted by the Company’s management with interested investors and financial analysts on February 14, 2008. Because that transcript contained a number of typographical errors and failed to identify a number of the participants in such call, a corrected version of such transaction is being re-furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to the this Current Report on Form 8-K.
