Sevion Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) intended to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K (the “Annual Report”) on September 28, 2016, however, due to unexpected delays in the preparation of its audited financial statements, the Company was not able to file the Annual Report in a timely manner without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company expects to file the Annual Report as soon as practicable within the extension period.
