On July 9, 2013, Soul and Vibe Interactive Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Release”) relating to a letter (the “Letter”) to its shareholders dated July 8, 2013 consisting primarily of a summary of prior press releases regarding the Company and its recent activities. The Letter included an executive summary of the Company (the “Summary”). Copies of the Release, the Letter and the Summary are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference in their entirety as Exhibit 99.1, Exhibit 99.2 and Exhibit 99.3, respectively.
