No vesting will occur until the 2nd anniversary of grant date (i.e. 2 years or not before the 24th month). 50% of grant vests as follows: (i) 0% upon 1st anniversary of grant date; (ii) 20% upon 2nd anniversary of grant date; (iii) 20% on 3rd anniversary of grant date; (iv) 20% on 4th anniversary grant date; and (v) 40% upon 5th anniversary of grant date. The remaining 50% of grant vests only to the extent the net asset value of the company plus the distributions paid to stockholders equals 106% of the original selling price of the company's common stock. |
