8.01 Other Events.
On
November 6, 2008, Vortex Resources Corp. (the “Company”) exercised an option to
drill its fifth well in the Adams-Baggett field in West Texas. The Company
has
120 days to drill the lease to be assigned to it as a result of the option
exercise.
