On July 29, 2008, the Board of Directors of Bel Fuse Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Joseph Meccariello, the Company’s Vice President of Manufacturing since 1995. Mr. Meccariello will remain accessible to the Company as a part-time consultant.
