(1)	Mr. Deson is a Managing Director, but not a Manager, of Baytree Capital Associates, LLC, which is controlled by Michael Gardner, one of Broadcaster's majority shareholders. Because Mr. Deson does not have the power to vote or dispose of the 3,750,000 shares of Broadcaster held by Baytree Capital Associates, LLC, he is not a beneficial owner of any shares of Broadcaster beneficially owned by Baytree.
(2)	500,000 of these shares were inadvertently omitted from Mr. Deson's original Form 3.
(3)	Held by Treeline Investment Partners, LP. Mr. Deson is the Managing Member of Treeline Management, LLC, which is the Managing Partner of Treeline Investment Partners, LP.
