Election of Director

On January 27, 2009, the Exelon board of directors appointed Richard A. Mies as a director, filling a vacancy created by the expansion in the size of the board of directors to sixteen. Mr. Mies’ appointment is effective as of February 2, 2009. The board of directors appointed Mr. Mies to the Generation Oversight committee.
