Exelon Corporation (Exelon)

On October 29, 2007, Exelon announced that Randall E. Mehrberg will resign from Exelon. Mr. Mehrberg is a named executive officer of Exelon, serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, and Chief Legal Officer. No date has been set for Mr. Mehrberg’s resignation, and he will continue to discharge his responsibilities until he leaves the company.

Commonwealth Edison Company (ComEd)

On October 29, 2007, the Board of Directors (Board) of ComEd appointed Peter V. Fazio, Jr. to the Board to fill a vacancy created by the expansion of the size of the Board.
