On February 26, 2019, the Compensation Committee of Daseke, Inc. (the Company) approved an amendment (the Amendment) to the Employment Agreement dated February 27, 2017, as amended as previously announced on August 30, 2018, of R. Scott Wheeler, the Companys President. Pursuant to the Amendment, effective January 1, 2019, the annualized base salary of Mr. Wheeler will be increased from $450,000 to $525,000 and the target value of Mr. Wheelers discretionary annual bonus will be decreased from a minimum of $350,000 to $275,000.
