CBOE HOLDINGS DECLARES

FOURTH-QUARTER 2016 DIVIDEND

 

 

 

 

CHICAGO, IL – October 26, 2016 – CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2016.  The fourth-quarter dividend is payable on December 16, 2016, to common stockholders of record as of December 2, 2016.
