HRPT Properties Trust, or the Company, has issued a press release stating that it agreed to sell the remaining shares that it owns in two of its former subsidiaries, Hospitality Properties Trust and Senior Housing Properties Trust. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
