Item 1.01.    Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

a.            On January 27, 2006, Comfort Systems USA, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Registrant”) extended the existing employment agreement with Thomas N. Tanner, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Registrant.  The term of Mr. Tanner’s existing employment agreement was extended so that the employment agreement is effective until August 23, 2008.
