Nicky Kvitsinski, an associate at Reel Fathers Rights in Irvine, was included in the 2027 edition of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America for Family Law and graduated from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Family Law Program in 2025.

About Nicky Kvitsinski

Kvitsinski is an Associate Attorney in the Irvine office of Reel Fathers Rights, one of the top family law firms for men in California. She handles family law, divorce, child custody, child support, and domestic violence matters for fathers across Southern California.

In 2025 she graduated from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Family Law Program. NITA puts attorneys through live courtroom simulation critiqued by sitting judges and veteran trial lawyers, and it is the most respected advocacy training in the country. Very few family law associates take it on this early while carrying a full caseload.

She joined Reel Fathers Rights as a post bar clerk straight out of law school and stepped into an associate role on her admission to the California State Bar in 2023. She has represented fathers in Southern California family courts ever since.

Kvitsinski finished magna cum laude at Western State College of Law, where she collected three CALI Awards, each given for the top grade in a course. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of California, Santa Cruz.

She belongs to the Orange County Bar Association and practices in English and Farsi.
