POLY STRENGTHENS WSB'S MUNICIPAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND FEDERAL DESIGN CAPABILITIES

WSB LLC ("WSB"), one of the nation's fastest-growing design and consulting firms, today announced the acquisition of Poly, Inc. ("Poly"), a well-established architecture and engineering firm headquartered in Dothan, Alabama, with additional offices in Birmingham, Alabama and Shalimar, Florida. WSB is a portfolio company of GHK Capital Partners LP (“GHK”), a leading middle-market private equity firm based in Greenwich, CT.

The acquisition of Poly strengthens WSB's municipal, environmental, and federal design platform, expanding the firm's ability to support public-sector and government clients facing complex infrastructure, regulatory, and growth-driven challenges. Poly brings deep expertise in architecture, civil and environmental engineering, geological and hydrogeological services, and federal/military facility design, including more than 130 military training ranges designed nationally and overseas.

“The acquisition of Poly represents a strategic investment in the continued growth of WSB's municipal, environmental, and federal design capabilities,” said Bret Weiss, president and chief executive officer of WSB. “Poly is widely respected for its technical excellence, responsive client service, and community-centered approach to architecture and engineering. Their expertise complements our existing services and strengthens our ability to deliver integrated infrastructure and facility solutions for our clients. Just as important, our two firms share a common set of values—partnership, integrity, and a commitment to making a positive impact on the communities we serve.”

With this acquisition, WSB expands its multidisciplinary team while strengthening its presence in the Southeast and along the Gulf Coast. Today, WSB operates from more than 50 offices with more than 1,800 employees nationwide, serving clients across government, commercial, and infrastructure markets.

“Joining WSB marks an exciting next chapter for Poly,” said Bruce Bradley, president of Poly. “Since 1959, Poly has believed that quality engineering and design, guided by strong client relationships, can make a meaningful difference in the communities we serve. Partnering with WSB allows us to build on that foundation while offering our clients access to broader resources and integrated expertise. For our staff, this partnership creates new opportunities for growth, collaboration, and long-term career development within a like-minded organization.”

WSB and Poly will work together to integrate their services and develop a coordinated go-to-market approach in 2026 and 2027. This marks WSB's tenth acquisition in three years and further expands WSB's expertise across municipal engineering, architecture, environmental consulting, and federal facility design.
