Silo Morrison Ranch Opens with 231 Class-A Units in Phoenix Metropolitan Area

Communities Built by LMF Construction, Leon Capital Group's In-House General Contractor, Underscores Continued Growth of the Multifamily Construction Management Platform

Leon Multifamily and LMF Construction, both subsidiaries of Leon Capital Group (“Leon” or “the Company”), a diversified holding company with operating subsidiaries in real estate, healthcare, and financial services, today announced the opening of two new luxury multifamily communities totaling 534 Class-A units. The newly opened assets include Embark in Morrisville, North Carolina, and Silo Morrison Ranch in Gilbert, Arizona, and leasing is underway at both communities.

The communities were built by LMF Construction, Leon’s in-house general contractor, which delivers construction management and general contracting services for multifamily developments in the U.S., for both Leon’s own projects and a growing roster of third-party clients. Since 2017, LMF Construction has completed or is currently underway on 22 projects, representing more than $1 billion in construction value.

Embark offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in Morrisville, centrally located in North Carolina’s Research Triangle, the metropolitan area and technology hub spanning Raleigh, Durham, and Cary. The community features a year-round resort-style pool, a 24-hour fitness center, co-working space, and private garages with EV charging. Silo Morrison Ranch offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in the Morrison Ranch neighborhood, near the southeastern edge of the Phoenix metropolitan area. The community includes a resort-style pool and spa, a modern fitness center, private co-working suites, a fenced bark park, a pickleball court, and a clubhouse event space.
