CareView Communications, Inc. (“CareView” or the “Company”) (OTCQB: CRVW), a leader in virtual patient observation and AI-powered safety solutions, today announced a new business agreement in partnership with Decisive Point Consulting Group at Fresno VA Medical Center, expanding the Company’s impact across the VA Healthcare Systems.

The agreement includes CareView mobile controllers to support virtual patient monitoring at the Fresno VA Medical Center, the main campus of the VA Central California Health Care System. The Fresno VA Medical Center operates as a general medicine and surgery teaching hospital, providing primary care and complex specialty healthcare services to veterans.

CareView’s Patient Safety System provides healthcare teams with the ability to remotely observe patients through real-time video and two-way audio communications. The technology is designed to support virtual observations workflows, enhance patient safety, and provide clinical teams with an additional resource for monitoring patients who may require increased observation.

“We are excited to begin this new collaboration and to bring CareView technology to the Fresno VA Medical Center,” said Sandra McRee, Chief Operating Officer of CareView. “This agreement gives us another opportunity to support VA clinicians and veterans with technology designed around their needs.”

The Fresno agreement adds to CareView’s expanding work across the VA healthcare system and further supports the Company’s strategy of partnering with organizations that share its commitment to improving patient safety and supporting healthcare teams.
