Jury finds in favor of Sutter in $411 million antitrust lawsuit

After a month of hearing arguments, a jury in San Francisco sided with Sutter Health against allegations that the Sacramento-based health care system used anti-competitive business practices that inflated the cost of health care for patients across Northern California.
