Diet app Noom reaches $62M settlement over allegedly hard-to-cancel renewals

Weight-loss app firm Noom has agreed to pay $62 million to settle a lawsuit brought by former customers who claim the company continued to charge them pricey renewal fees after "risk-free" trial periods.
