390 Social Winter Market is Open for Local Shopping

390 Social, Park Slope’s hot new event venue, is hosting a Holiday Market, open now through December 24. 390Social Winter Market features a rotating lineup of local vendors with unique offerings- the market will be home to chefs, restaurants, artists, jewelry designers, and craft makers of all types this holiday season. Now, more than ever, is the time to support local and small business, which is the mission statement of the market.

The market itself is produced by small, BIPOC and female-led businesses. 390 Social is the newest store for Mana Hospitality group, owners of Chela and Bar Crudo. They partnered with Cynthia Sepulveda, the founder of “Flaco Coquito,” a vegan friendly version of the popular Puerto Rican drink, to produce this holiday Market.

“Let's shop local! We have put together some amazing food, drinks, artists, and chefs to display their craftsmanship and win your hearts. “Sample Coquito while you shop and support local vendors,” says Cynthia Sepulveda owner of Flaco Coquito. In addition to vendors, the market will have live entertainment. On November 29th, Master Artist Alexander Reynoso is doing a live performance of his signature, thought provoking paintings. Our featured vendors:

4am Candy Co. LLC - Creator Patrick LaMarca is a live sound engineer who pivoted his career after it came to a screeching halt due to Covid pandemic. During the shutdown, Patrick created the gigantic peanut butter cups loaded with his favorite childhood treats, and 4am Candy co was born, the first of its kind in Brooklyn (visit: www.4amcandyco.com).

Cotton Potions - Founder Isabella Soto created her magical Cotton Candy swirled with tropical flavors and set intentions. (this doesn’t fully make sense - and I am not familiar enough with what she does to change it) Isabella has a passion for Cotton Candy since she was young, due to pivoting her career during the shutdown, Isabella decided to turn her love for the delicious fluffy treat into Cotton Potions (visit: www.cottonpotions.com).

Uncle Yankey's Pepper Sauce - Growing up, creator Kevon Heath, aka Yankeyboy, often found himself with nothing to eat apart from rice. Heath discovered he could add pepper sauce to enhance his meals, and so began his love of hot sauce. Kevon believes savory heat should be full-bodied and complimentary to a meal, adding the right balance of sweetness and fire (visit: www.uncleyankeys.com).

H.E.A.L Juice & Wellness - Founder Teyonna Aiken's passion for healing came from her mother, a fellow juice enthusiast who owned a juice bar in Park Slope Brooklyn over 25 years ago. Teyonna learned how to heal the body using plant based ingredients. Teyonna has helped many with her seamoss concoctions which is essential in this environment.
