Former Home Depot CEO warns supply chain crisis becoming national emergency: 'It's not getting better'

Former Home Depot and Chrysler CEO Bob Nardelli warned the labor shortage in America is not going away. On "Fox & Friends," he suggested a national emergency declaration to allow the military to help solve the supply chain problems.
